- Managed the Connecticut Information Sharing System (CISS), an integrated information system that allows each of the state criminal justice agencies to respond to the growing demand for criminal justice data on criminal offenders. The system allows stakeholders to communicate and manage information on criminal offenders including timely, complete, and accurate data on persons involved in crimes.

- RMS Networking and Certification Program – Oversaw the development of business requirements and certification program used to verify local law enforcement agency’s system ability to securely exchange information between the CISS and local Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Records Management Systems (RMS) using NIEM, N-DEx and LEXS national standards. Project also included design and deployment of secure and encrypted Cisco routers to 169 towns using FIPS 140-2, IPSEC and other FBI CJIS specifications.

CIDRIS provides data integration using XML and MQ automation and real-time electronic exchange of OUI arrest data and documents among local law enforcement, Department of Public Safety, Department of Motor Vehicle, Division of Criminal Justice, and Judicial Branch Superior Court Operations Division.
